The following Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all contracts of sale made by the Company to the exclusion of any contrary or inconsistent terms or conditions contained or referred to in the customers order (unless otherwise agreed in writing by both parties).

These conditions shall be governed construed and shall take effect in accordance with the Laws of England and shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the English Courts.

The customer shall be deemed to have accepted these conditions when a payment for goods is made, unless notice in writing to the contrary is received by the Company within three days from the date of purchase. Any variation of these terms or conditions must be confirmed in writing by both parties.

All prices are subject to alteration and are only accepted on the understanding that goods will be involved at prices ruling the date of order, (unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Company). Prices quoted are inclusive of VAT.

The property in the goods shall not pass until payment has been made in full by the customer.

The customer shall not be entitled to make any claim in respect of goods delivered unless written notice is given to the Company within twenty eight days of receipt of delivery. In default of such notice, goods delivered shall be deemed to be in accordance with the contract description in all respects including weight and quality. No claims shall be made against the company for any defect in the goods except such as it deems may be attributable to defective workmanship or materials, always provided responsibility is accepted by the Company's suppliers. Customers are required to satisfy themselves that goods ordered will be suitable for the purpose for which they are required.

If goods are delivered faulty or damaged please contact us immediately. If we are unable to resolve the problem, we will arrange the return of the goods for a full refund including any posting and packaging costs. We ask that you return your goods directly to us in their original condition and packaging within seven days of receipt. Following receipt a full refund will be given. It is your responsibility for ensuring safe delivery of the returned goods.

No claim in respect of material lost or damaged in transit can be considered unless a written complaint is made to the Company within seven days and the delivery is receipt noted accordingly. Goods in all cases are consigned at the customers own risk and will not be insured in transit except at the customers request and cost.

Any refunds due are made as soon as possible taking into account the original method of payment.

All complaints will be acknowledged within five working days. All customers will be informed of progress on a regular basis. If you have any comments or suggestions to improve our service please contact us.

Payment [top]

We can accept payment by all major credit/debit cards through the WorldPay secure payment server (see security for more details). If paying by cheque please print the checkout page containing your order and post to us at the address given on the contact us page along with your name and delivery address. Your goods will be despatched subject to clearance. Cheques should be made payable to Atlas Trading Group Ltd.

Privacy [top]

We are committed to protecting you privacy. We will only use the information you give us lawfully, (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998). We require to collect information about you to firstly process your order and secondly, to provide you with the best possible service we can. Any information other than your delivery details will not be passed on to any third parties. The information we will require of you will include some or all of the following: your name, billing address/delivery address, phone number, fax number and email address. We do not store your credit/debit card details as these are only entered via the WorldPay secure server when you are about to make a payment - they are not entered on the Atlas site,any privacy matters are the responsibility of Steve Gledhill who can be contacted by phone at 0161 339 2011 or steve@atlastrading.co.uk (see security for more details).

Once we have dealt with your order we will only contact you if we feel we have a service or promotion which may interest you. If you do not wish to receive such correspondance, please contact us and we will remove your details from our records.
